At CleariaHome, we want to provide a transparent, secure and reassuring shopping experience. This policy explains the conditions under which a customer may cancel an order, request a return, report a non-compliant item or receive a refund.
This policy applies to orders placed on the CleariaHome website for delivery in the United Kingdom.
1. Cancellation rights and 30-day returns
For online purchases in the United Kingdom, consumers generally have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless an exception applies.
As a commercial gesture, CleariaHome extends the return period to 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the return conditions listed below.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
unused;
complete;
in its original packaging where possible;
in a condition suitable for resale.

2. Return conditions
After receiving your request, our customer service team will provide the return instructions and the return address to use.
No return should be sent without prior approval from our customer service team.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the following cases:
defective product;
product not matching the order;
preparation or dispatch error on our part.
In these situations, return costs will be covered by CleariaHome.
The customer is responsible for properly packaging the returned product. The product must be returned in conditions that allow safe transport without damage.
3. Defective or damaged products
If your item has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transport, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
photos of the product;
photos of the packaging;
your order number;
a clear description of the issue.
After review, we will offer an appropriate solution depending on the situation:
replacement of the product;
new shipment;
or full refund.
4. Product not matching the order
If the product received does not match your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with:
photos of the product;
your order number;
a description of the issue.
After review, we will offer:
an exchange;
a new shipment;
or a full refund.
In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by CleariaHome.
5. Refunds
When a refund is accepted, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Where the customer exercises their cancellation right, the refund will be processed without undue delay and within the timeframe required by applicable law.
CleariaHome may wait until the returned product has been received, or until the customer has provided proof of return shipment, before issuing the refund.
CleariaHome does not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges are possible subject to product availability and compliance with the return conditions.
Redispatch times may vary depending on the origin of the product, stock availability and the carrier.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 6 to 12 working days.
7. Products excluded from returns
Some products cannot be returned, especially where they cannot be returned for hygiene, health or safety reasons if they have been opened, used or unsealed after delivery.
This may apply to opened, used, incomplete, damaged or non-resellable products for hygiene, safety or health protection reasons.
8. Delivery delays
CleariaHome displays estimated delivery times on the website and during checkout.
Unless a different timeframe is clearly stated at the time of purchase, delivery should take place no later than 30 days after the order has been confirmed.
If the applicable maximum delivery period is significantly exceeded and no suitable solution has been found, the customer may contact CleariaHome for assistance, a new shipment where possible, or a refund according to the applicable rules.
9. Fraud and abuse prevention
CleariaHome reserves the right to refuse a refund or return request in cases of obvious abuse, fraud, repeated unjustified claims, incomplete returns, products used or damaged by the customer, or failure to comply with this policy.
