At CleariaHome, we do our best to provide a clear, reliable and transparent delivery experience for our customers.

This delivery policy applies to orders placed on the CleariaHome website for delivery in the United Kingdom.


1. Delivery areas

CleariaHome currently delivers to the United Kingdom.

CleariaHome is a business based in Canada.

Products sold on our website may be shipped from our logistics partners located in Europe, Asia or other regions, depending on stock availability, the product ordered and its storage location.


2. Order processing times

Orders are generally prepared within:

1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation.

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer receives a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking number when available.


3. Estimated delivery times

For the United Kingdom, the estimated delivery time is generally:

6 to 12 working days after dispatch.

These delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on:

periods of high activity;
logistics conditions;
the carrier;
product availability;
customs or import formalities where applicable.

Unless a different timeframe is clearly stated at the time of purchase, delivery should take place no later than 30 days after the order has been confirmed.

5. Order tracking

All orders benefit from delivery tracking when available from the carrier.

A tracking number is automatically sent by email after the order has been dispatched.

The customer can follow the delivery progress using the tracking link provided.

Tracking information may take a few working days to update after dispatch.


6. Taxes and import duties

For some products shipped from outside the United Kingdom, taxes, import duties or administrative fees may apply depending on local regulations.

For UK deliveries, any such fees depend on the relevant authorities, customs rules and the shipping method used.

When these fees are not included in the displayed price or delivery fees, they may remain the customer’s responsibility.


7. Delivery address

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided when placing the order is accurate and complete.

If an address error is reported before dispatch, CleariaHome will do its best to correct the delivery address.

Once the order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to change the delivery address, as the parcel is then handled by the carrier.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected, a new shipment may be offered after payment of the applicable reshipping fees.


8. Parcel not received or tracking not updated

If your tracking appears to be stuck or if you have not received your parcel after the estimated delivery time, you can contact our customer service team at:

Please include your order number so that we can check the situation with the carrier or the logistics partner concerned.


9. Delays beyond our control

Certain circumstances may cause delays beyond our control, including:

weather conditions;
strikes or logistics disruptions;

customs checks or applicable formalities.

In such cases, CleariaHome will inform the customer as soon as possible when information is available.

If the applicable maximum delivery period is significantly exceeded and no suitable solution has been found, the customer may contact CleariaHome for assistance, a new shipment where possible, or a refund according to the applicable rules.


10. Partial delivery

Some products may be shipped separately depending on their availability or dispatch location.

You may therefore receive more than one parcel for the same order.

If part of your order appears to be missing after the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number.
