Orders

How do I place an order on CleariaHome?
Simply choose the product you would like to buy, select any available options, then add it to your basket.

Once you have finished shopping, you can complete your order from the basket by entering your delivery and payment details.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. An order confirmation email is sent automatically once your payment has been confirmed.

If you do not receive it, please check your junk, spam or promotions folder. You can also contact us at contact@cleariahome.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly to help reduce dispatch times.

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched.
Can my order arrive in several parcels?
Yes. Some items may be shipped separately depending on availability or dispatch location.

You may therefore receive more than one parcel for the same order. If an item appears to be missing after the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number.

Yes. CleariaHome currently delivers to the United Kingdom.

What are the delivery fees?
For the United Kingdom, standard delivery is £5.90.

Delivery is free from £50.

Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 2 working days.

For the United Kingdom, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 working days after dispatch.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, delivery will take place no later than 30 days after the order has been confirmed.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take a little time to update after dispatch. If your tracking does not update after a few working days, you can contact us.
Where are the products shipped from?
CleariaHome products may be shipped from different logistics partners depending on stock availability and storage location.

The dispatch origin may vary depending on the product ordered. In all cases, each order is prepared with care and shipped with tracking.

Returns and refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, subject to the conditions stated in our return policy.

The product must be complete, in good condition, not used in an abnormal way and returned with its original packaging whenever possible.
How do I request a return?

We will send you the return instructions needed to complete the process properly.
Are return costs my responsibility?
Return costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a defective item, a non-compliant product or an error on our part.
